Service Level Agreement (SLA)

 KInnovations is dedicated to provide excellent service to all it's customer.We have an Initial response time of 36 hours. But typically try to reach to customers within 12 to 24 hours. There is no official Support Resolution Time SLA, but we aim to resolve the issues ASAP.



Hours of Operation

We officially offer support Monday through Friday from 8h00 to 16h00 in the Eastern Standard Time (UTC-05.00) or Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-04.00) depending on the season.
